Collaskins Head ‘n Tails are made from 100% capelin sliced into three crunchy bite size pieces and air-dried and dehydrated slowly to preserve the natural fish oils and essential proteins.

Male capelin are often dumped over the wharf in the Newfoundland fishery, in favour of females capelin for the human food market.
